The leadership structure of the UMJA is set up as a council of Zekanim (Elders), Ro’im (Pastors), and Rabbis who lead the organization together.  Organizational decisions are made by council vote.  The Beit Din (leadership council) will be responsible for overseeing UMJA chartered congregations, ordaining Messianic Rabbis and Ro’im (Pastors), and various other  matters.   Currently our Beit Din has three members, but as time goes on we will  continue to add qualified members to this council.  The following are the current members of the UMJA Beit Din:
